Proven Pathways Counseling is committed to providing scientifically proven and Evidence-Based Practices (EBPS) to treat a wide range of mental health needs. We offer pathways that are proven to help reduce symptoms associated with insomnia, relationship challenges, trauma and anxiety.
For insomnia, we utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help clients improve sleep patterns and overall restfulness. For relationship challenges, our approach includes Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT) and Integrative Couples Sex Therapy, fostering deeper connection and understanding. For trauma recovery, we offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy, proven to alleviate the impact of past traumatic experiences. And for anxiety, we employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), empowering clients with strategies to manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
All therapy services are offered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services, providing a safe, convenient, and private way to access care. Our online sessions maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ensuring that you receive personalized support and guidance in a secure virtual environment. At this time, we are using the following two HIPAA-compliant telehealth services: Doxy.me and SimplePractie.
As part of our scientific methods, we implement Measurement-Based Care (MBC) that tracks the recovery trends of your mental health symptoms over time. This data provides opportunities for you and your therapist to review changes over time in your mood, behavior, and/or quality of life and attribute these changes to the scientific methods learned and implemented during your course of therapy.
